Join Ron Chapman, a Spiritual Teacher, Internationally Accredited Speaker and Workshop Leader, as he leads an exploration of the ways in which we are bound to our grievances and injuries as well as practices and tools that allow for release.

The workshop and approaches will include interactive dialogue, and somatic practices such as breath work and movement, as well as meditation and journaling. The sacred space of the church will support our work together.
