Three Ways In
Find the path that fits where you're starting from.
Speaking & Facilitation
Ron brings the same transformational framework to the stage and the room. An elite Accredited Speaker through Toastmasters International, he's also facilitated strategy and change sessions for clients. The goal either way: shift how people see before asking them to change what they do.
Practices
Ron's work moves through four practices: Leading Public Health and Magnetic North bring strategy and facilitation to clients and leaders; Seeing True™ offers a framework for releasing what keeps us stuck; Progressive Recovery supports sustained, lasting change.
Publications
Ron's catalogue explores transformation, recovery, and the search for meaning — including the Saga of Grace series, Seeing True, A Killer's Grace, and other works on breakthrough and belief.
The Framework
A transformational framework
Real change in how we lead, live, or organize starts with a shift in how we see and understand the world we're trying to change. A starting point for that shift, from a talk to leaders at Toastmasters International.

About Ron
Ron Chapman is a lifelong storyteller and guide who has spent decades helping people and systems see more clearly and live more truthfully.
His work centers on what he calls Sacred Ground - not a place, but a lived, embodied experience of presence where insight, healing, and transformation emerge in real time.
He is also the creator of Seeing True™ and Progressive Recovery, resources dedicated to exploring concepts of engaging, releasing, and transcending blockages in our lives. At the heart of Seeing True and all of his work is the Greek notion of “metanoia,” which could translate as a profound change of heart.
With a deep commitment to human flourishing, rooted in the spirit of the Twelve Steps of recovery, Jungian shadow work, and contemplative traditions, Ron’s approach bridges practical life and deeper awareness - helping individuals, groups, and organizations find clarity, alignment, and real change.
These days, Ron is less focused on doing, more on being - inviting others into more honest, compassionate, and awakened ways of seeing and living.
